This Finsbury Park, North London House was eventually sold for 30% more than purchase price. The owners carefully invested in a combination of ensuites, simple design and extra space by building a side extension which opened up views to the garden.
We were asked to provide Stage A up to Planning and then Stage B services including all technical drawings for building control, schedules for builder pricing and help selecting a contractor. The homeowners used our constant support to manage the building contract themselves using a combination of detailed plans and a “scope of work”.
